Your new company

You will be joining a growing investment firm with a diverse portfolio of businesses across technology and related sectors. While well-established in its investments, the organisation operates with a startup mindset, building scalable internal processes as it grows. The group comprises multiple local entities, requiring close coordination and adaptability across different business needs. Key stakeholders are based in China, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, responsiveness, and trust.

Your new role

This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive role, focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment across the group's various entities. You will manage high-volume hiring for a range of roles, with a strong focus on technology positions (e.g. engineers, product, IT, data), and exposure to finance or investment roles as a plus. The recruitment process is currently highly manual, and you will play an important role in helping the business evaluate, implement, and optimise an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will work closely with hiring managers across different entities to understand hiring needs, advise on market conditions, and deliver timely results.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within startup, fast-growth, technology, or multi-entity environments. Strong ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience. Hands-on recruitment skills: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and coordination. Technology hiring exposure is essential; experience hiring for finance or investment-related roles is a strong advantage. Interest or experience in ATS implementation, including process mapping, requirements gathering, or system rollout.
