TA Lead – West – $7.5k (ID: 606573) - Collaborative Environment

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across various roles and levels within the organization.
• Partner closely with hiring managers/HRBP to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fill open positions effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our organization's values.
• Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress, analyze outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in a talent acquisition with a track record of successfully filling various positions across different levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
