A well-established company in the Investment Management field is currently seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst to join its team. You will be a key part of helping the organization to handle end-to-end recruitment for different regions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full life cycle recruiting role for different countries, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer preparation and negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies for short-term and long-term plans.
- Align with hiring managers’ expectation and meet on recruitment timeline.
- Develop process improvement plans and implement solutions to reduce costs, time, and increase efficiency throughout the hiring process.
- Build a robust talent pipeline with a potential list of active and passive candidates through research and online databases.
- Preparation of regular reports as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources, business or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing full life-cycle recruiting in investment management relevant positions.
- Candidates from a corporate environment/consulting firm will be a plus point.
- Proficient in utilizing different recruiting metrics, including process improvement tools, SLAs, Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
