What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, hiring strategies, and market salary benchmarking.
• Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Support employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and first-level HR enquiries.
• Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM regulations.
• Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Work Pass processes.
• Resourceful, proactive, and passionate about people.
