Job Description - Talent Acquisition Associate (Admin Support)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our TA team. This junior-level position will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a passion for helping others.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, recruitment process coordination, and preparation of recruitment/ hiring update reports.
  • Assist in coordinating end-to-end interview process, including assessments and case studies coordination, between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and publish job postings on relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Support contractor workforce management by tracking contract renewals, preparing renewal contracts, filing/ record keeping and coordinating contractor onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment activities, enhance recruitment processes and strategies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on hiring matters.
  • Assist in sourcing and compiling potential candidates into a long list using various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative support as required.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Diploma in any field or discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role (including internships) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Short notice/ immediate starter is preferred.
