Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role 

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding Specialist to support and further strengthen our global talent attraction capabilities. 

This role brings together responsibilities across Talent Acquisition operations, recruitment technology, analytics, process improvement, and Employer Branding. The successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence across the talent acquisition lifecycle and help ensure that tools, processes, reporting, and employer branding activities effectively support business growth. 

Working closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Employer Branding, and regional stakeholders, the role acts as a connector between business processes, technology, data, and talent attraction activities. 

Key responsibilities 

Talent Acquisition systems & tools 

• Manage and continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes within the ATS and related HR technology landscape. 

• Partner with stakeholders to design, optimise, and maintain recruiting workflows. 

• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and change initiatives. 

• Serve as a subject matter expert for recruitment technology and system-related topics. 

• Work with external vendors and technology partners to support system improvements, issue resolution, and effective use of recruitment tools. 

Talent Acquisition operations & analytics 

• Co-develop and maintain Talent Acquisition reporting, dashboards, and hiring metrics in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and regional teams. 

• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 

• Support workforce planning and talent intelligence initiatives through data-driven insights. 

• Support data quality and reporting consistency across regions. 

Process improvement 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience. 

• Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of technology-enabled solutions. 

• Develop documentation, standards, and governance materials for Talent Acquisition operations. 

Employer Branding support 

• Contribute as part of the Employer Branding team to the planning, coordination, and delivery of talent attraction initiatives. 

• Support campaign measurement and reporting. 

• Create and contribute to employer branding content, campaigns, events, and talent community activities. 

• Take responsibility for selected employer branding content streams or initiatives, as agreed with the Employer Branding team. 

• Support the organization’s external talent market presence through data-driven insights and operational contribution. 

Candidate Profile 

• At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Technology, Employer Branding, or related fields. 

• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems, modern HCM systems, and recruiting workflows. 

• Experience working with HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics. 

• Experience with enterprise HR platforms and reporting tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, or similar is considered an advantage. 

• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and geographies. 

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Experience supporting HR technology or transformation initiatives is an advantage.
