Main duties:
Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms and professional networks
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
Manage the recruitment activities across all entities including candidate sourcing, screening coordinating interviews, cultural fit and onboarding
Responsible for internship programs (sourcing, liaising with schools/universities, establishing a network and being the main point of contact for the interns)
Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to offer informed guidance to hiring managers
Create salary benchmarks, analyze existing compensation structures and implement a compensation strategy
Supporting any other Ad-hoc projects relating to Human Resource’s agenda and priorities, e.g. Employee engagement, HR Policies, Communication, Recruitment, etc.
Required skills and experience:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
5-6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role
Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act for Singapore
Very good organisational skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, diverse environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially with Excel and Power Point)
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with colleagues at all levels and countries
Possessing emotional intelligence and the ability to engage active and passive candidates
Tech-savvy, meticulous and pro-active
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
