Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Consultant (ENTRY LEVEL)

• Uncapped commission

• Monday - Friday; 9.30am - 5.30pm 

• Hybrid WFH opportunities

• Location: 3 mins walk from Jurong East MRT
  

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from leads generation, cold calling, business development, to candidate sourcing and successful placement

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for clients' hiring requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders

• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions

• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management

• Achieve individual recruitment and business development targets while delivering excellent client service

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in cold calling, recruitment, sales, or business development is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply as training will be provided
