About the Role

As a Talent Consultant, you'll play a key role in growing our client partnerships while delivering exceptional recruitment and talent solutions. Working closely with the founders, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence the direction of the business and grow your own career alongside the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across professional, specialist and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing client partnerships.
• Partner with clients to understand their business, organizational needs and hiring challenges.
• Support and contribute to Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) engagements.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and talent advisory to clients.
• Collaborate with the founders to develop new service offerings and enhance the client experience.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially minded and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in agency recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial mindset with an interest in business development.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
