What you will do: 

• Collaborate with recruiters to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ role requirements, responsibilities, and organizational fit
• Attract active jobseekers and engage passive talents through job advertisements and proactive outreach. e.g. LinkedIn, candidate databases, cold calling, etc.
• Shortlist suitable applicants and maintain an updated talent pool in the in-house Applicant Tracking System by screening and assessing candidates for role and organization fit
• Profile qualified candidates for Recruiters’ and Hiring Managers’ further evaluation by highlighting their relevant qualifications, experience, and achievements
