As a Senior Manager / Director, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of corporate secretarial professionals, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.


• Manage a portfolio of Singapore and regional client companies as named Company Secretary, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA requirements.


• Oversee the entire corporate secretarial cycle, including incorporations, AGMs, board/shareholder meetings, share transactions, director changes, amendments, and strike-offs.


• Advise clients on corporate governance and statutory compliance matters, with exposure to private equity, fund structures, and multinational corporations.


• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, standardisation, and robust risk management.


• Champion business development, manage strategic and high-value client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand and cross-sell services.


• Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives within the practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field.


• Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification is required.


• Minimum 7 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, ideally within a corporate services provider or professional services firm.


• Proven track record managing large client portfolios and complex corporate structures and entity types.


• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.


• Experience supporting multinational corporations, private equity, fund structures, or listed companies is a strong advantage.


• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience leading managers, developing teams, and driving high performance.


• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and board-level clients.


• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.


• Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous personal and business growth.
