Work you'll do

• Support the development of marketing, customer engagement, and growth strategies for clients across various industries.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insights studies, and industry benchmarking.
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Support the design of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business initiatives
• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance
• Support the development of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
• Assist clients in defining customer value propositions and engagement frameworks.
• Develop recommendations for omnichannel marketing and customer communication approaches.
• Help establish customer-centric operating models and measurement frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, management consulting, digital consulting, customer experience, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting market research, customer analysis, or business assessments.
• Ability to structure complex business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
