Tax Semi-Senior/ Senior (Accounting and tax firm) - Urgent Role

1. Work on clients’ tax related matter to ensure that these assignments are executed based on the relevant professional requirements and on a timely basis
2. Providing tax advice/ tax planning/ tax optimization project to clients which are consistent with Singapore tax regulations
3. Manage tax audits and queries from tax authorities and liaise with clients
4. Stay on top of tax law changes, evaluate impact on business, handle change management
5. Provide guidance and supervise the work of junior colleagues on the preparation of clients’ tax computations, tax returns etc
6. Advise clients on corporate tax, GST, withholding tax and personal tax matters
7. Provide comprehensive and effective tax compliance and advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries
8. Assist in training and technical matters of the firm

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy or Tax qualification or a professional qualification
2. Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in an accounting and tax firm
3. A person with positive mindset, can-do attitude, initiative-taker, collaborative skills, team worker and able to work under pressure
4. Strong technical background and willingness to learn new technical skills independently
5. Good interpersonal skill, maturity to work with minimal supervision, ability to meet datelines
6. Good verbal, written and fluence in English and Mandarin to liaise with mostly Chinese-speaking clients
