Job Description - TBAN - Power Trader - Singapore

POSITION SUMMARY

The Power Trader will be based in our Singapore office as part of a shift team focusing on power intraday

ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Power Trader working as part of a shift team including weekends
Executing trading strategies in the power intraday market with key focus on European Power
Continuously generating investment ideas by conducting fundamental analysis
Ensuring the secure handling of physical obligations

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent from a reputable university.
1-3 years of commodities or trading focused experience across but not limited to Hedge Funds, Trading Houses, Prop Desks or Banks
keeping up with the fast-paced nature of the trading environment
Strong analytical capability
Ambitious and commercial savvy. Professional demeanour with an eagerness to learn. Strong trading acumen
