We are looking to hire a resourceful TCM Clinic Customer Service Officer to join our diverse team at Nala Employment Pte Ltd in Chinatown, Central Region.

TCM Clinic Customer Service Officer
Salary: $2000 - $3000
Working Hours: 10.30am - 8.30pm (6 working days)
Location: Chinatown

Responsibilities:

Handle customer register and schedule appointment
Answer customre's enquiries and reminder their appointment
Chinese medicine dispenser and packaging
In charge of cashier duty like petty and customer payment (visa, cash)
Promote the company’s package

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in TCM related field or related retail working experience
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
Able to read and type Chinese words
Able to speak Chinese and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
