TCM Clinic Customer Service Officer
Salary: $2000 - $3000
Working Hours: 10.30am - 8.30pm (6 working days)
Location: Chinatown
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer register and schedule appointment
- Answer customre's enquiries and reminder their appointment
- Chinese medicine dispenser and packaging
- In charge of cashier duty like petty and customer payment (visa, cash)
- Promote the company’s package
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in TCM related field or related retail working experience
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
- Able to read and type Chinese words
- Able to speak Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
