Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient intake, and staff coordination.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinic efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff to maintain a cohesive and skilled team.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold clinic policies and procedures.
• Manage clinic staffs and track sales performance
• Participate in strategic planning and business plans
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
• Review and improve standards of medical services, innovate, and implement ideas.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details
• Works well independently and has strong operational skills
• Knowledge in TCM would be an added advantage
