Teacher Aide

• To support the school in the following areas:

• Preparation of learning resources (e.g. typing out/scanning content,

word formating, printing, cutting and lamination, sourcing for

resources online, preparing content or manipulatives for simple

grammar, arithmetic lessons, etc);

• Tagging, packing, labelling and distribution of learning resources;

• Cataloguing and stock tagging of learning resources;

• Stocktaking of learning resources;

• Packing of and maintaining the upkeep of all resources in store;

• Preparing of resources for Science Lab;

• Assisting the teacher in preparing/distributing experimental resources

during lab lessons;

• Packing of and maintaining resources in special rooms;

• Collation of Data for surveys for school events;

• Providing administrative support for school events (e.g. PSLE duties,

Parent-Child-Teacher Conference, Parent-Teacher Meet, etc); and

• Performing any other duties as required by the school.

Requirement:

Minimum GCE-N Level with Pass in English
Able to work in a team and posseses good interpersonal
communication skills
Speaks fluent English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Time Management skills
Self-directed, has initiative, dependable, organized, resourceful and
is customer-centric
Preferably 3 years of experience in administration.

Duration/ Working hours:

2 years contract ( 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2027.)

Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch
break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
