Teacher Aide

• Assist the Discipline Team in managing and tracking latecomers

• Patrol within and around the school compound during and after school hours

• Track and monitor students on detention or suspension

• Support investigations for discipline-related cases

• Provide administrative and logistical support for school events

Requirement.

• Minimum secondary school education

• Preferably 1 year of experience in school administration or working with students/teenagers, especially in discipline management

• Good team player

• Strong people skills with ability to engage students, contact parents, and liaise with teachers

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using school IT systems

3 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Mar 2026)

Monday 0730-1530

Tuesday 0730-1730

Wednesday 0730- 1530

Thursday 0730-1730

Friday 0730-1600

inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
