Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Quantitative (Math) and/or Verbal (English) ability course for SAT/ ACT/ GRE/ GMAT students as per international norms
- Ensure score improvement of students through regular tracking and targeted support
- Effective handling of in-house and institutional seminars through presentations and workshops which results in building preference for the Organisation amongst target students
- Provide operational support for smooth functioning and successful performance of their respective centre
- Conduct demo sessions, counseling and other functions to support conversion of walk-ins and leads
- Certification training for Counselor and Trainer roles conducted remotely by US Head Office
- Candidates do not need to incur any cost for training, but certification is compulsory for confirmation of Trainer role
Job Requirements:
- Must have completed Bachelors Degree in any field
- Preference for fully fluent in English candidates, though non-fluent speakers with a strong command over English are also welcome
- Good communications skills (written and spoken) along with being articulate. Must have a passion for teaching
- Part-Time/ Freelance and Full-Time work option available; You may choose to work on weekends/evening after regular work hours
- Hybrid (Remote + Office) work possible for Counselor & trainer roles
