Team Lead

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Team Lead (Financial Sales):

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while achieving personal sales goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to maintain productivity, service quality, and positive morale.
• Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular performance reviews and close gaps through coaching or action plans.
  
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all credit proposals submitted by the team, in alignment with internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales and credit cycle.
• Stay up to date with market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Cultivate a strong network of business contacts to generate leads and foster long-term client relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or Mortgage/Property Loans.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
• Strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a consistent track record in achieving targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and effective in stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD7,000 + Allowances + Individual Com + Override Com
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.30pm
