Team Lead Maintenance Engineer (Shipyard/ Marine/ Logistics) - Positive Work Culture

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise a team of maintenance engineers and ensure smooth operations of all maintenance activities.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks for vessels and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Liaise with managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Submit weekly reports to the manager and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience as Marine Engneeer MEO in compliance with STCW Standards. 
• Shipyard repair experience as a Project Manager is a plus. 
• Knowledgeable with the regulatory and legislative shipping industry. 
• Excellent leadership and highly motivated.
