Team Leader

Job Summary:
The team lead oversees and coordinates the daily cleaning operations of assigned sites. This role ensures that all cleaning staff maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. The supervisor is responsible for staff scheduling, inspection, training, and reporting any maintenance issues to management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners across designated sites.
• Plan and allocate daily cleaning duties to ensure all areas are covered.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and compliance with cleaning standards.
• Train and guide new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stocked.
• Handle and resolve staff or client complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports on attendance, performance, and site conditions.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites or teams.
• Physically fit and able to perform inspection tasks as required.• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when needed
