  Supervise and coordinate daily dining service operations

  Lead and support the service team to ensure excellent guest experiences

  Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements

  Oversee order taking, food delivery, and service flow

  Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

  Train and coach junior staff on service standards and procedures

  Ensure the restaurant area is clean, organized, and properly set up

  Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance on the floor
