(Tech Support) IT Maintenance Engineer - DC

Job Highlights:

• Salary Range : $4400 - $6500 + Allowances 
• Ability to provide 24/7 standby support for maintenance and fault response.
• Comfortable to travel across Singapore for maintenance purpose (Claimable) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute system administration tasks, including installation, deployment, testing, and commissioning.
• Generate and maintain documentation such as maintenance reports and checklists.
• Create and regularly update technical documentation, covering system configurations and procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams and external clients to plan and execute system upgrades/maintenance projects.
• Conduct maintenance on VA servers, network equipment, and camera systems.
• Address user-reported IT issues promptly, delivering technical support as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network functionality.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Apply updates and patches to operating systems, software applications, and drivers to ensure security and performance (Windows Server, RHEL).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or similar function
• Minimum 1 year of experience in server/desktop maintenance or similar function
• Hands-on experiences in configure, troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Servers and Red Hat Linux Servers
• Familiar with system applications & networking concepts
