Technical Assistant Manager - Hiring Urgently

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a focus on bridging the gap between technology and business requirements. As a Technical Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, designing, and implementing technical solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver the projects and to coordinate with other technology teams and Business. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal and vendor-executed projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and project progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address the issues.
• Provide application management support, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and implementing enhancements to improve reliability and functionality.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Help review and maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Oversee system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions.
• Document and review the technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements

• A degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Computer Science or relevant. 
• 5 to 8 years of working experience.
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies, including C#.NET, VB.NET, and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Database Management Systems (e.g., MS SQL, NoSQL etc) and data modelling concepts.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps 
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Technologies
• Exposure to Gen AI, Language Learning Models (LLMs), GitHub Copilot and/or Microsoft Copilot is an added advantage.
