Job title \u2013 Technical BD Manager, APAC, HNC\n\nLocation \u2013 Singapore\n\nTo accelerate the business growth of HNC through customer-centric science-backed solutions, the Technical Business Development Manager, Nutritional Lipids (Algal \u0026 Marine) \u0026 Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) has a critical in solution-selling \u2013 translating customer pain points into viable technical solutions by coordinating between the commercial and technical teams. Experience in Nutritional Lipids \u0026 HMOs is a plus.\n\n\n * Preferably with good experience in product development/ management in the dietary supplement and health food industry \u0026/or technical product marketing in a relevant field. Experience in a customer-facing business development role will be an added bonus. Experience in Regional or Global organisations, working with multiple stakeholders across geographies and cultures.\n * Customer-centric self-starter, good at working well independently with initiatives. Structured \u0026 well-organized. Resourceful, analytical \u0026 strong problem-solving skills.\n * Ability to multi-task, manage a demanding work schedule (due to cross-regional collaboration needed) to meet specific non-negotiable deadlines.\n * Strong organizational and leadership skills - Team player and a Consensus builder both internally and externally.\n * Proven project management skills across different functions, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix setup. Professional communication \u0026 negotiation skills.
