Technical Consultant (Moodys RCO)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Moody's RCO (RiskConfidence Origination) to join our risk and compliance technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Moody’s RCO solutions for banking and financial institutions, particularly in the credit origination and risk assessment domain.
Lead or support the implementation and customization of Moody’s RCO platform for client-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and data mappings within Moody's RCO.
• Assist in the integration of RCO with other internal systems like CRM, Core Banking, Risk Engines, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Moody's RCO configurations, deployment, and performance.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
• Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of the RCO platform.

• 4+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Moody’s RCO (RiskConfidence Origination).
• Strong understanding of credit risk management, regulatory requirements, and financial product workflows.
• Hands-on experience with RCO configuration, workflow design, and data integration.
• Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and ETL tools.
