Monitor, record, analyze, and submit fleet IMO DCS/EU MRV data in close coordination with the Technical Department.
Track and update trading/non\-trading certificates, ensuring up\-to\-date shared drive records for the entire fleet.
Support Technical & Operations Superintendents with ship inspection reports and maintenance of inspection trackers.
Provide assistance to the Operations Team with SIRE data uploads, HVPQ documentation, and crew matrix submissions.
Oversee cargo, navigation, and mooring audits, maintaining status updates for compliance.
Monitor Planned Maintenance System (PMS) overdue jobs and inform the Technical Department and vessels.
Maintain fleet certificates on the Q88 platform, as well as monitor SPRO, COFR, ICB, and other USA trading documents.
Prepare and manage TMSA, SSP, SSA, SEEMP, and MRV audit documents; generate and distribute monthly reporting forms to vessels.

Minimum GCE âAâ Level or Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
4â5 years of experience in ship management or ship owning (Technical, Operations, or Safety Department) or 1â2 yearsâ relevant experience with Diploma
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; resourceful, proactive, disciplined, independent, punctual, and an effective team player; able to meet deadlines and work extra hours/weekends if needed.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; hands\-on experience managing fleet certification, documentation, data analysis, and audit processes in a maritime environment.
