Responsibilities
• Management of M&E deliverables from concept design to construction stage support, project scheduling, and budget on building projects • Monitoring and ensuring the profitability of projects • Setting up efficient project monitoring, delivery, and implementation strategy • Overseeing technical performance and timely execution of projects • Establishing competent delivery systems and implementing QA/QC systems • Providing technical guidance and resolving technical problems during project design and construction • Undertaking responsibilities of Qualified Person and/or Licensed Electrical Worker • Managing costs, cash-flow, and profitability of projects • Planning, adjusting, and redeploying resources • Assisting in Tender Submissions • Preparing technical presentations • Training and mentoring Engineers • Preparing and owning a Business Plan • Identifying, pursuing, and winning work based on the Business Plan and KPIs • Participating in Business Development and Marketing • Leading and directing Bids
Requirements
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Candidate ideally registered as a Professional Engineer in Singapore or has Chartered or Fellowship status with a relevant institution • At least 15 years of relevant consultancy experience with reputable Consulting Engineering practices • Demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge, with a proven track record of successful project completion in various industries • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership skills • Client interfacing and management skills and experience
