Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead to drive the development and delivery of exceptional user experiences across Rhea products. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the technical excellence of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building innovative and user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of Rhea products.

- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams to define project requirements and deliver new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Maintain code integrity and organization, ensuring the best coding standards and security practices.

- Diagnose and fix bugs, and optimize application performance.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Oversee the deployment process for web and mobile applications, including configuration, testing, and publishing.

- Engage in API contract discussions with backend teams to ensure efficient and scalable app performance.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to refine product concepts and designs.

- Balance technical leadership with hands-on development work.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on full stack development.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.

- Proficient in modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies.

- Strong understanding of database design and management.

- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure.

- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, including deployment and publishing processes.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in API contract negotiations and cross-functional team interactions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, MobX, etc.).

- Understanding of secure coding practices.

- Experience with mobile development (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android).

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
