Technical Lead / Supervisor level

岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 负责实验室日常技术管理工作，确保检测及生产流程符合公司标准及相关法规要求。
• Oversee daily laboratory technical operations and ensure testing and production processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• 负责培训实验室员工，提升团队技术能力及操作规范。
• Provide technical training and guidance to laboratory staff to enhance skills and ensure proper work procedures.
• 监管生产流程，优化工艺，提高生产效率及产品质量。
• Monitor production processes, optimize procedures, and improve productivity and product quality.
• 负责实验室安全管理，确保符合职业健康、安全及环保（HSE）要求。
• Ensure laboratory safety management and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• 参与设备选型、采购、安装调试及日常维护管理。
• Support equipment selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance management.
• 负责设备故障分析、维修协调及技术问题解决。
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and resolve technical problems.
• 与中国团队进行技术沟通及项目协调。
• Communicate and coordinate technical matters with China-based teams.
• 完成公司安排的其他相关工作。
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

任职要求 | Requirements

• 具有金属冶炼、贵金属回收或相关行业项目经验。
• Experience in metal smelting, precious metals recovery, or related industrial projects.
• 熟悉金属冶炼流程、实验室分析方法及生产工艺。
• Strong knowledge of metal smelting processes, laboratory analysis methods, and production operations.
• 具有实验室管理、团队培训及生产监管经验。
• Experience in laboratory management, team training, and production supervision.
• 熟悉工业设备采购、安装、维修及维护流程。
• Familiar with industrial equipment procurement, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• 具备良好的安全意识及合规管理能力。
• Strong awareness of safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
• 能使用中文及英文沟通，并能有效协调中国团队。
• Able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English and collaborate with China-based teams.
• 工作认真负责，具备良好的领导能力及问题解决能力。
• Responsible, proactive, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
