TECHNICAL MANAGER

- Remuneration: Up to $6,600 Basic + Fixed AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Understanding & reviewing bid documents. To provide support to the Sales department in RFQ process, preparation of technical BOM quotation.
• Led the technical support team in providing expert guidance on explosion-proof enclosure products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Design & development of Power Distribution Boards, Junction Box, Control Panels & other company products for Hazardous Areas.
• Managed customer inquiries and technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversaw the preparation and submission of approval drawings for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Developed and delivered training programs for subordinates on technical support processes and product knowledge, as well as basic explosion-proof training for customers and sales teams.
• Collaborated with sales and quality teams to address customer needs and feedback, driving product enhancements and solutions.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant
• At least 5 years of experience with technical clarification particularly in RFQ & proposal
• Fundamental understanding of Electrical Safety & Area Classification
• Experience & knowledge of Explosion Proof & Flame Proof, IP protection Class
