Technical Manager/Assistant (Instrumentation & Control System) - Urgent Hire

Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients with system installation, breakdowns, and technical inquiries at their sites.
• In charge of managing the technical team both indoor and outdoor in the organization. 
• Contribute to enhance procedures and policies to fulfill organizational goals. 
• Develop organizational and departmental policies to optimize productivity. 
• Oversee the staff and assign duties and responsibilities.
• Keep track of the performance and provide necessary adjustments and quality of products. 
• Perform troubleshooting with faculty systems. 
• Ensuring to comply with the rules, regulations, and procedures. 
• Responsible for managing the maintenance of the equipment and machinery.
• Providing seminars and trainings. 
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 
• Previous working experience in operation management
