JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the site in the management, operation and maintenance of all mission-critical infrastructure of the data centre
- Manage and supervise the outsourced facilities management service vendors and ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations
- Respond and attend to equipment alarm on site
- Inspect mission-critical equipment for abnormalities
- Supervise service vendors to ensure full compliance to clients’ requirements
- Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure and risk assessment
- Generate and submit reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work beyond working hours or weekends, if required.
- 24/7 Emergency Call support and site attendance, as and when required
- Working experience in data centres would be an added advantage
