We are seeking a highly motivated and technically grounded Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will form a key part of the client's Product Team, managing the entire product development cycle from conceptualization and stakeholder buy-in to final user delivery. You will bridge the gap between business objectives, complex engineering architectures, and user experience to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions

Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the technical product vision, mission, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Identify digital transformation opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and monitor product budgets and expenditures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage data analytics for decision-making.

Technical Leadership & Product Development

• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to define technical requirements, evaluate feasibility, and guide scalable architecture choices.

• Balance technical debt with new feature development, while ensuring optimal application performance, security, and maintainability.

• Write detailed technical specifications, BPM process models, and user stories while prioritising the product backlog based on business value and technical constraints.

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple technical workstreams and lead agile sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.

User Research & Design

• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to identify system gaps, conduct user research, and run experiments to optimize the user journey.

• Evaluate competing market solutions and design high-quality, functional, and intuitive user experiences.

Requirements, Quality Assurance & Operations

• Review deliverables including functional specifications, test plans, and documentation to ensure strict alignment with quality and security policies.

• Plan and coordinate comprehensive testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), security penetration tests, and performance testing.

• Ensure overall product readiness for deployment and coordinate ongoing system maintenance, enhancement requests, and SLA compliance with support teams.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, IT business analysis, or technical delivery roles.

• Agile & Cloud Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in an Agile environment and delivering applications on Cloud platforms (specifically AWS).

• Methodologies: Proficient in the full product development lifecycle, Scrum rituals, Design Thinking, and BPM modeling techniques.

• Technical Stack: Strong understanding of web, mobile, and cloud technologies (including Amazon Web Services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).

• CRM & Integration (Preferred): Prior exposure to the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, process automation (flows), and CRM integrations.

• Tools: Hands-on experience with Confluence, JIRA, and digital prototyping tools.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder facilitation, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Good to have

• Tertiary education in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Prior experience working on Singapore public sector or government agency digital services is a strong advantage.
