Key Responsibilities\n\n * Good Knowledge of Manufacturability / Producibility practices specific to precision machined, sheet metal fabrication and plastic parts. Understanding of basic electrical components would be desirable.\n * Ability to perform technical calculations on individual build to print parts and simple assemblies to determine a fair and acceptable price for both Applied Materials and our suppliers\n * Understanding of GD\u0026T standards for proper application. Able to identify cost reduction / avoidance ideas through DFx tenets and collaborate with design engineers.\n * Will prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements\n * Will drive project deliverables and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and, checklists.\n * Good communication skills to work with cross functional teams like Design/Materials/Mfg./Quality/Suppliers are a must.\n * Will participate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects.
