Technical Project/ Program Management

The Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in driving technical alignment and execution excellence across Sales, Field Service (PSE/CE), Business Units (BU), and global partners. This role ensures structured coordination, accurate configuration management, efficient issue resolution, and seamless execution of complex product strategies at the customer account.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Coordinate technical issues across Sales, PSE, CE, TPS, OM, BU, and global teams, ensuring structured follow-up and timely resolution.\n\n * Participate in customer/PSE/CE technical discussions, capture key information, and translate insights into clear and actionable plans.\n\n * Drive end\u2011to\u2011end technical issue management to improve cycle time, closure quality, and overall execution efficiency.\n\n * Organize and facilitate TRM workshops with BU, including agenda preparation, data collection, and action tracking.\n\n * Support configuration reviews, CARM validation, and BOM alignment to ensure configuration accuracy and operational readiness.\n\n * Coordinate hardware readiness, documentation alignment, and execution preparation for NSO/TIQ activities with BU and FSO.\n\n * Manage OID creation and slot planning activities in collaboration with OM and BU.\n\n * Align customer application needs, validation progress, and adoption barriers with Sales and BU to support product strategy execution.\n\n * Support penetration of complex product solutions by identifying customer constraints, tracking readiness milestones, and consolidating competitive intelligence.\n\n * Maintain structured communication across Field teams (CE, PSE) and BU partners (Manufacturing, PLM, TPS).\n\n * Consolidate weekly and monthly reports covering issue tracking, configuration status, installation progress, and product performance risks.\n\n * Ensure stakeholders receive timely and accurate updates to support effective cross\u2011functional decision-making.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optoelectronics, or related engineering disciplines.\n\n * 5+ years of semiconductor-related experience in Field Service, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, or Applications Engineering.\n\n * Hands\u2011on experience with Etch or CVD tools is strongly preferred.\n\n * Ability to understand equipment operation fundamentals, hardware configuration, and semiconductor process flows.\n\n * Strong coordination skills with the ability to clearly summarize and communicate technical information across teams.\n\n * Proven capability in tracking tasks, integrating information, and driving action items to closure in a fast\u2011paced environment.\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nDay (Singapore)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
