Job Description - Technical Recruiter III

Job Summary 

 

We are looking for a hands-on and independent Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring in Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across all functions and levels, and will play a key role in supporting business expansion. 
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and experienced in supporting hiring within a manufacturing environment, including factory-related roles. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management 

2. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies 

3. Support hiring across both corporate and factory/operations roles 

4. Drive high-volume hiring initiatives as needed, particularly for manufacturing-related positions 

5. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and ongoing hiring needs 

6. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to support hiring and ensure candidate quality 

7. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience 

8. Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates and reports 

9. Support job postings and employer branding activities across various platforms 

10. Ensure compliance with Singapore hiring regulations and internal policies 

Requirements 

 

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
2. Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, covering a wide range of roles 
3. Prior experience supporting a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred 
4. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities 
5. Experience working with external recruitment agencies 
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
7. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to support regional stakeholders 
8. Familiarity with Singapore hiring practices is preferred
