Technical Representative (Airline/MRO)

ALG is currently partnering with a Commercial Aviation operator to hire a Technical Representative for a long term contract position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Heavy Maintenance activities across all phases, including pre-planning, check execution, quality assurance, redelivery, and cost management
• Ensure aircraft maintenance activities meet key operational metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Technical Dispatch Reliability (TDR), and On-Time Performance (OTP)
• Act as the key liaison between airline engineering teams and external MRO/AMO partners to ensure compliance with airworthiness, safety, and quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate defect rectification, structural repairs, modifications, and maintenance campaigns
• Monitor MRO performance, maintenance quality, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance (CAAS/EASA/FAA) and internal procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing reliability data, recurring defects, and fleet performance trends
• Support fleet technical management including maintenance planning inputs, technical reporting, and post-heavy maintenance performance monitoring
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, CAMO, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth maintenance operations and aircraft redelivery

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in aviation, preferably within Heavy/Base Maintenance or airline engineering environment
• Background as an LAE or a Degree in Aerospace/Engineering
• Strong understanding of airworthiness regulations and Part 145/42 frameworks
• Experience working with MROs/AMOs and managing external maintenance activities
• Familiarity with maintenance and compliance systems such as TRAX or similar platforms
• Proven ability to analyse technical data, manage reliability issues, and drive operational improvements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external partners
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple maintenance projects concurrently
