Job Description - Technical Sales Associate (m/f/d) - Operating in India

Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the best solutions.
Establish and develop new distribution channels, conduct product demonstrations, and showcase key benefits.
Provide expert advice on product usage to help customers maximize their value from our solutions.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and work closely with internal teams to finalize competitive commercial offers.
Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to tailor products and services to fit specific customer requirements.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
A solid understanding of biotechnology products and how they are applied.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to analyze customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
Be open to meeting clients and supporting sales activities across different locations.
Experience with biotechnology or chemical engineering associations in India is a plus. Existing customer referrals are highly valued.
