Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (O&G)
• Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer 
• Working Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday 8.30 AM – 6 PM, Friday 8.30 AM – 5 PM) 
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus 
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with target customers to secure sales. 
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s operations and objectives.
• Develop and adhere to optimum profit margins and pricing points.
• Monitor assigned accounts - including progress, customer requests, competitor activity, and execution updates.
• Collate forecasts and reports for each key product/service offering assigned.
• Plan and negotiate long-term contracts with key account customers.
• Present and close sales opportunities to executives at major oil companies.
• Continually push company’s product/services to existing customers.
• Coordinate site work and discuss technical requirements on-site with customers.
• Review customer requests and provide technical solutions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Has 3 years of working experience in downstream oil and gas/petrochemical industry preferred.
• Prior experience in flange management is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Solidworks and AutoCAD is an advantage.
