Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role requires to identify new business opportunities, manages client relationships, and drives the sales of building materials or project services.
Responsibilities
Managing new customer enquiry and account servicing of existing customers and distributors.
Able to focus on technical selling by developing in-depth knowledge of product/technical features.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Handling customer feedback in a professional manner.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Keeping track of sales and monthly/weekly forecast.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales agreements.
Evaluate customer needs, conduct product demonstrations at site.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales with construction related knowledge will be an added advantage.
Willing to learn and high adaptability personality.
Meticulous,organized, good working attitude, hands-on, and a team player.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and possess a strong sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills.
Possess Class 3 driving license (preferably with your own vehicle)
