Key Objectives of this Position:
The overall responsibility of the Technical Sales Representative is to be responsible for the sales growth of the Singapore and Philippines territory. Core responsibility is to execute the sales strategy with a focus on supporting our key and target customers (existing or potential), winning new projects, acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers. Technical Sales Representative has to continuously monitor project pipeline – and work closely in a global team environment to achieve the company goals. Developing relationships with key sites with large project potential will be critical to this role. This includes meetings with many levels of customers (both technical, commercial and planning), inspections of equipment and machinery, preparation of technical recommendations, preparation of quotations and sales functions. The Technical Sales Representative is held accountable for his/her territory sales vs Budget, Growth year-on-year of the area, and growth of the customer sales and support functions to a high level.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Position:
•Identify sales opportunities
•Key account sales PSA / PSA-I
•Planning and approaching a marketing with a view to increase sales in the assigned territory
•Achieve sales and profit goals in the assigned territory
•Visit customers to promote the organization and product solutions and sustain strong customer relationships
•Create detailed quotations and project quotations
•Identify parts and sell effectively to customers in assigned territory •Understand the environment and mechanical as well as electrical influences on our equipment
•Ensure quality and timeliness of reporting to management
•Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager Southeast Asia
