Technical Senior Civil Engineer - Marine - Energetic Workplace

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Project Managers and oversee vendor relations to guarantee high-quality service delivery. 
• Manage procurement to secure new equipment and services, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in adopting new technologies and sustainable methods to reduce environmental impacts and streamline operations.
• Handle the recruitment, training, and management of crew members across various marine projects. 
• Create rotation schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain proper staffing levels to meet project demands.
• Supervise daily marine activities such as dredging, reclamation, and construction. 
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time by coordinating with project managers, standardizing operations, and reducing downtime to uphold quality.
  Maintain and repair marine equipment, liaise with technical teams for optimal equipment performance. 
• Manage maintenance schedules and keep updated with the marine technological advancements. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Maritime Operations Management or equivalent. 
• At least 3 years of experience in Marine Construction, Vessels, Shipyards or similar field. 
• Min of 1-2 years of vendor/contractor management experience.
