Technical Specialist / Assistant Service Engineer

• Troubleshoot and repair automotive, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems used in terminal operations.
  


• Conduct planned maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment.
  


• Identify and modify equipment to improve reliability, safety, and maintainability.
  


• Participate in special projects focused on equipment upgrades and modifications.
  


• Perform systematic equipment failure diagnosis and implement corrective measures.
  


• Carry out regular inspections and maintain service records to minimize downtime.
  


• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including working outdoors and at heights.
  


• Collaborate with team members and adapt to rotating shift schedules to support service recovery operations.
  

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in a technical field (those with strong hands-on experience but without these qualifications may also be considered).
  


• Past work experience with automotive, hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical systems is a plus.
  


• Good problem-solving skills, clear thinking, and strong hands-on ability.
  


• A team player, open to rotating shifts, and committed to safe work practices.
