The Opportunity

• Part of a team who administer, manage and monitoring IT infrastructure on-premise and on-cloud, 8x5.
• Capture workload including ad-hoc requests by properly logging tickets into types and categories.
• Analyse IT assets, plan and implement necessary patches.
• Monitor and manage IT back-up systems.
• Be on rotation for After Office Hour and Weekend/PH standby/hotline.

Your Background

• Experienced with On Premises Cloud Virtualization - able to manage, administer and monitor all aspect of infrastructure
• Nutanix Foundation (or other Virtualization)
• Experienced in Veeam backup
• OS Admin: Windows Server 2016 and above, Linux RHEL and SUSE - able to provision new virtual machines on request, able to troubleshoot, able to maintain patch compliance through patch management tools, able to leverage on scripts
• AWS Cloud IaaS
• Basic Network knowledge
• Knowledge in the ITSM/ITIL process and experience in using ServiceNow
• Has the ability to adapt, learn and grow in terms of technical skills
