Technical Support Engineer – Machine Vision/Optical - with Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct troubleshooting of technical issues and provide solutions or recommendations.
• Coordinate and schedule service visits to customer sites for installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving customer complaints or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service visits, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and engineering, to provide comprehensive customer support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement efforts of the customer service team.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Optics Engineering
• With 3 year of relevant work experience in Machine Vision Application.
• Knowledgeable with vision/optical
• Willingness to travel.
