Technical Support Officer for School of Management and Communication

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver? Do you thrive in dynamic educational environments? We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Officer to be the backbone of our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

· Provision of lab set up and support for PET and CET programmes

· Provide technical support during the preparation and delivery of classes/workshops/events in the laboratory and support the safe and proper use of laboratory assets

· Maintain lab computers, running both Mac and PC platforms including operating system maintenance and optimisation, networking, specialised design, media, office software

· Assist with design, video shoot and post-production

· Undertake other administrative responsibilities, including assigned roles in special projects, events management, and other committees

· Maintain and prepare the laboratories for audits (QEHS and WSH)

Requirements:

· Diploma qualification is a minimum requirement; Qualified with work experience in areas related to Digital Media/Digital Content Creation/Multimedia and Infocomm Technology/Information Technology

· Good written and oral communication and administration skill

· Proficient in IT Tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Series, Microsoft Sharepoint etc.

Salary:
Gross up to $2,500

Monday to Friday Office hour
