Job Overview:

• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, executing component replacements such as keyboards, screens, and batteries, and offering guidance on software-related concerns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues for clients promptly and accurately.
• Conduct hardware repairs and replace components (e.g., keyboards, screens, batteries) with minimal disruption to client operations.
• Assist with software and driver installation, configuration, and updates.
• Deliver clear and concise technical guidance and support to clients to enhance their overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the IT team to document support procedures, incidents, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a computer technician.
• Proficiency in understanding computer hardware components and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with both Windows and macOS platforms, along with commonly used software applications.
