Job Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. 

• Regularly conduct preventive aircon maintenance measures e.g. changing of faulty parts. 

• Conduct routine inspection on building. 

• Ensure work are in compliance with SOPs established. 

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring panel for building. 

• Perform general building maintenance. 

• Repair and maintain lighting fixtures. 

• Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate corrective solutions. 

• Constantly improve the work processes. 

• Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned. 

Job Requirements 

• At least a NITEC in Electrical, ACMV, Building services or related field. 

• Knowledge of ACMV, VRV system and Cooling Tower System is essential. 

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant field. 

• Able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task. 

• Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. 

• A team-player with positive learning attitude.
